A great way to start healthy living & eating = this superwoman!! Diabetes runs in my family. so a few years ago for the sake of my health & ESP my little girls I desperately needed to quit sugar. I found Sarah Wilsons 8 week IQS plan & succeeded. Of course I still ate sweet treats - Just the healthy sorts. Life made me fall off the band wagon! But I am determined to get back on & never fall off (well not so badly) again. FYI - I've only just started reading this book & it is so much more then healthy recipes. We have had quite a rough time in the last few years. And I have decided that not only are we starting this new business/venture/adventure @reclaimedfurniture2016 but we are literally reclaiming back our lives.
