One of the keys to successful healthy eating and weight loss is to prep. I know just how easy it is to make excuses about time to do this...... but you can see there's a lot of NO FUSS ideas out there. We don't need a smorgasbord, just a few healthy options on the plate. You could add Quinoa or spinach or brown rice as a base....even zucchini spaghetti

This is my favourite chic smoothie recipe and yes you can have this as a super-healthy breakfast! You’d swear it was a McDonald’s thick-shake if it wasn’t loaded with so many nutrients and amazing fats. 1 heaped scoop of complete (chocolate) 250ml cold water🚰 1 tsp of Organic Cacao Powder 4 ice cubes 1/2 ripe avocado (yes, really)🥑 Handful of berries (I used frozen raspberries)🍓 1/2 banana (again this was frozen)🍌 BLEND BABY BLEND !! 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
