Description
Taekwondo training for all ages in the Sutherland Shire. Southern Stars Taekwondo’s aim and focus is the development of individual athletes to their full potential in both the physical and the mental aspects of Taekwondo. We strive to push our students to attain their own personal bests with a challenging training program and the support of our tight-knit team.
We are a family-oriented club and we provide a safe, positive and stimulating and environment for our students, teaching them both the traditional teachings of Taekwondo, and engaging them in the unique physical training that Taekwondo has to offer.
We endeavour to create a team of athletes, varying in age and skill level who come together to push themselves and each other to achieve their best, whether it be in the gym or in competition at local, state, national and international level.
