Kat's Cane Bar
Description
Hey it's Kat, I'm selling fresh cold pressed sugar cane juice from my stall on the Cassowary Coast FN Queensland. Wed to Sat in I'Fail, Sun Mission Markets Icy cold, delicious, refreshing fresh sugar cane juice, available to buy from my market stall mainly located in Innisfail at Hadrell Park, or at weekend markets at Mission Beach. Fresh sugar cane juice has many good things going for it besides being soooo delicious! It has a low GI, is an antioxidant, has many minerals and vitamins, is exceptionally beneficial for rehydration as it not only cools the body but also energizes with a high quantity of useful carbs and protein. The nutrients found in sugarcane juice are beneficial to inner organ functioning, including the kidneys, heart, brain and sex organs....to name a few benefits!

"The mojito is one of Cuba's oldest cocktails.....it comes from the African word mojo, which means to place a little spell" Xmas is nearly here so it must be mojito time!! To make a real mojito, muddle together some lime and mint, add a dash of rum, plenty of ice and top up with some beautiful fresh sugarcane juice. Simply delicious!!
