I have been a photographer for family and friends for about 7 years. I am a specialist in Family and Children but also in Modelling and Glamour, as well as Maternity and Newborns. I am open to new ideas and often accept a challenge (doing themes and fantasy Photo shoots).
I am currently studying at James Cook University.

A word about Copyright:
The Federal Copyright Law protects copyright. It is unlawful to copy or scan any images without permission of the photographer. Even though the pictures may be of you or your child, the photographer still owns the copyright of the image/s.
In order to control the quality of the work produces, the photographer is the ONLY one who can crop, modify, or print any image product produced during your photography session.

The photographer retains the copyright and ownership of all images of the photo session and reserves the right to reproduce images for the use in Portfolios, Websites, Studio Display, Gallery Display, Photo contests, or social networking to promote the photographers business.

Clients can NOT authorize any reproduction of images for commercial use, photographic competitions not entered by the original photographer, advertising, re-sale or other website displays.


When booking in a photo shoot, please keep this statement in mind (also included in all paperwork you will be required to sign for legal purposes);

I ____________, agree that in no way can I, or another third party (including other photographers), other then Jayde Allen of Spirit Blue Photography, edit, copy, manipulate or print any images, without written expressed consent from Jayde Allen herself. Should I do so, I understand that this may result in legal action against myself and/or the person/s who edit, copy, manipulate or print any images.
