Taylors Hill Renovation: (With Permits) Floating floorboards, kitchen bulkhead, wall penetration (through brick wall) to butlers pantry garage and storeroom. Garage was previously a 3 car garage, been reduced to 2 car garage with side store room. New kitchen to be installed shortly now with full access from the inside to have its own sink. Other work completed was new solid timber doors through out with full glass panels, new robes and the entire ground floor floating floor boards. Works are still in progress.

Pergola with Plans and Permits. 15mts long x 4 mts wide all timber treated pine and posts dressed Cypress Pine 115x115mm (posts were wrapped in plastic) to be stained or oiled. Ground was excavated for future concrete and paving. Painting was provided by the owner
