This is so appropriate for me today...... You see we all fall off the wagon from time to time and that's happened to me this past few weeks. Not eating the healthy way I normally do has left me feeling a little bloated and bleh! Looking for something delicious and guilt free for dinner......try Zoodles! "Spaghetti" made of zucchini means you can still enjoy a pasta without all the carbs 😍 Use your spiraliser to make the noodles (1 whole zucchini per person) Pat and dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle with a little salt and leave on a paper towel for 30 mins to get all the moisture out. Dry fry in a pan for a few minutes to soften. Top with sauce and a little Parmesan if liked...... ENJOY 😉
