Let's Talk Lips Lip tattoos are meant to enhance lips, not create actual fullness. This procedure is designed to define lips, not to create volume or puffiness. It will just give you the appearance of a full lip, Since part of the process is outlining right on the border of the lip, I'm only helping to give your lips the appearance that their fuller. It's all about the illusion. The tattoo doesn't just go around your lip like traditional lip-liner application. I do an outline on the border of the lip, but I'm also shading the color down into the middle of the lip in a circular motion to give it more of a blended look. I leave the interior part of the lip without color. It's possible to get a color that's close to your natural lip color—but that means it won't last as long. The more natural the color, the more frequent your touchups are going be, If someone comes in and says, 'I love my color; I just want it to be a hint more,' they're probably going to have to come in once a year for touchups to refresh that color. I suggest tattooing your lips one or two shades darker or brighter depending on your natural skin tone. Most places use pigment instead of traditional tattoo ink (which is why it fades). Years ago, permanent makeup was applied with regular tattoo ink. That's why it often looked so unnatural. When you get a body tattoo, it's usually done with ink, which has a very watery consistency, Pigment is thicker, so it gives that more natural powdery finish. But it does exfoliate out of your skin after 12 to 18 months. And since you eat and drink with your lips, it's going to happen faster. Yes, it's painful. Lips are especially sensitive because lips are very vascular its quite intense. We've all had that pimple on the lip. This is that feeling intensified x50 so don't walk into this one light hearted. I'm tough, I've got tattoos or I've had a baby or any of that kind of attitude. I've seen some of the toughest women jump off the table so be prepared. The healing process takes about ten days. The lips will look very dry and chapped as they heal,the color gets lighter, and then as the skin heals, it comes back. You usually see the full, truest color after about two weeks. If you're prone to cold sores, make sure you're taking medication to prevent them. The stimulation from the needle can bring out cold sores and that can really ruin the procedure and make the healing process much worse. It can even bring out a cold sore on someone who has never had one in their whole life as the body gets so stressed from the tattoo. It doesn't work on every skin tone. I will have to turn away a lot of people that have that darker skin tones, because they can hyperpigment meaning the needle abrades the skin, so when they heal, a lot more pigment is produced, and their lips could actually get darker. Its a lot of information so if anyone has any question please don't hesitate to ask. My goal is to be open and honest, not scare people away. But these are facts.

Permanent eyeliner makeup may define and frame the eye in the softest and most natural way. Every choice you make is carefully discussed and appraised before going ahead. When one is not sure, or has never experienced eyeliner, the EYELASH enhancement procedure is the best. Eyelash enhancement is asked women who desire the appearance of thicker lashes. A little about me: My name is Brigitte Ciesiolka. I'm 29 years old, I have a beautiful 2yr old son. I've lived in Hervey Bay for 10 years now and love the place. I have been hairdressing for 8yrs and in this time I've studied makeup through Napoleon Perdis School of Makeup Brisbane and completed a Certificate in Facial Waxing & Tinting at TAFE. So it seemed natural to me to go into cosmetic tattooing. I'm always shaping eyebrows on a daily basis at work so why not go the next step. I love to make people feel amazing and the future goal is to tattoo not just eyebrows, eyeliner & lips but to learn the skill of 3D tattooing. What is permanent makeup/cosmetic tattooing? Permanent makeup is considered micropigmentation, similar to tattoos. It involves using a needle to place pigmented granules beneath the upper layers of the skin. It is funny that it is called "permanent makeup" as it only last 6-18 months depending on the person and their skin type. This is because cosmetic tattooing is not as deep as a regular tattoo at all. However it is a similar procedure to a regular tattoo. The good part is cosmetic tattooing is aloud by law in Australia to use topical anesthetic. (That is you get to be numbed) That is a little basic information on Permanent makeup for you all.

EYELASH ENHANCING EYELINER I will be doing eyeliner in the eyelash enhancing range: this means its a more natural eyeliner. No wings - my reason for not doing this is the fact eyeliner can last up to 7 years, your face however may not stay in the same place 7 years which can in turn lead to upside down wings. Especially if they last longer that 7 years which I have heard of people having.

Feathered is specifically only tattooing fine lines to give the appearance of hair. Very nice soft and subtle look. If you want colour in your eyebrows this is not the look for you. As feathering gives depth and deminson. Powdered is for giving more colour and life to the brow. We are shading your eyebrow shape in behind your natural eyebrow hair and filling it with almost pixel like colouring. This gives you that definate eyebrow shape every day all the time. No makeup required after really. Have a good look at both and check out the difference.
