I don't know about you but I spend far too much time worrying that my body isn't good enough to compete with those "fitspo" women. They look amazing and no doubt work extremely hard, but that doesn't make me any less valuable. This blog puts it into perspective for me. It's only a quick read, love to hear your thoughts.
