Craft School Oz
Description
Learn how to make wonderful creative things. Based in the Yarra Valley, Victoria, but travel through out Australia. Will host workshops. Craft School Oz provides workshops to teach and share new skills in many areas of craft. As part of Oz Schools Social Model we raise money on an ongoing basis for needy charities in Cambodia.
Ruth Woods, The Director of Craft School Oz, has a wealth of knowledge and craft experience that she loves to share.
Ruth’s experience is as wide and varied as her travels and in the last few years she has worked with an Aboriginal community in north Arnhem land where the very talented Yolgnu women taught her how to weave baskets and she has gone on to develop this craft even further. Craft School Oz now wants to pass on the joy and skills of these crafts to others. For any queries on our projects in Cambodia or to make a booking, please contact us on: craftschooloz@gmail.com or private message in Facebook.
