Many hours of blood, sweat and tears went into creating our brand new seasonal 'Summer Cocktail Menu', and many bottles of gin to soothe said tears 😂 We're very proud of this list and we're sure you'll enjoy drinking them as much as we enjoyed designing this menu for you! So with no further ado, the first of our new offerings to be shared with the public...."The Purple Monkey" w/ Monkey 47 - Schwarzwald Dry Gin , Massenez Creme de Violette, Esprit de Figues Liqueue, Australian Bitters Grapefruit bitters. Garnished with a Singaporean Orchid and an Amarena Fabbri Cherry.....Purple is traditionally associated with eroticism, femininity and seduction, purple was the perfect colour for this beautiful drink.....Keep watching this page as we roll out a few more of our new babies, not all of them though, you'll have to come in and see the rest for yourself 😉 We'll see you soon. ~BN~
