Brekky! As a fast oxidiser, which means I have a really fast metabolism, these are the types of foods I need to eat. Not only are they real foods, my meals consist of high protein and high fat that releases energy slowly therefore slowing down my metabolism. Today's brekky: grainy toast, real butter, goats cheese, home grown tomatoes, eggs and basil. Nutritious and highly sustaining. It's good to rotate your food everyday and have a different meal for brekky, lunch and dinner. Like exercise, your body gets used to the same old thing everyday and doesn't get the nutrients out of it that it needs. Keep your body guessing for optimal nutrition!

Brekky today consisted off grainy toast topped with home grown tomatoes, a whole avocado, goats cheese all topped with basil. Filled me up for hours. This is also a good snack on top of quinoa crisp bread.
