Vanilla Tip of the day: Don't store your vanilla beans in the fridge as the moist environment in the fridge can actually encourage mould to grow on the beans. Nasty! However, a dab of vanilla extract on a cotton ball will help get rid of odours and create a pleasant fridge smell :-)
