Food is a powerful link to memories. For us here at Generations this seemingly basic, and nothing fancy italian potato doughnut brings me back to lining up, with all my cousins and siblings , behind my nonna as she fried them up . We couldn't eat them fast enough as they only came out at special occasions. We aren't about following trends, it's about being genuine and wanting to share our love of food with others who have similar memories.
