I will be posting things about my own journey, my clients journeys, motivational pictures, workouts etc My ultimate goal is to help you achieve yours! I am motivated and driven, my aim is to provide my clients with a positive yet challenging experience which will provide you with the best results.
I have recently started by own personal training business through Anytime Fitness in Goulburn.
I have completed my Certificate 3 - group instructor and Certificate 4 personal trainer through the Australian institute of fitness in march 2015.
A bit about me -
- I am 21 years old.
- I have been involved in different kinds of sport my whole life and played hockey at a national level
- I have been weight training since i was 17 years old.
- i love boxing!!
- My dream job has always been to be a personal trainer
- I also work with people with dementia
- i have lived in Goulburn my whole life.
- I have recently lost 13kg
