Sachaj studied Pilates at A-Lyne studio in Paris, France with Balanced Body University, also certified in Barre instruction. 7 years teaching experience❤ Welcome to Sachaj Pilates!
I have a strong foundation in Ballet training and have worked professionally as a commercial and cabaret Show girl for 20 years.
Classically trained with Balanced Body Pilates in Paris , France and have since been LOVING teaching Pilates, Barre, Show girl, Mat work classes and Reformer, Chair with small apparatus on the gorgeous Gold Coast for the last 6 years :)
