As one of Adelaide’s top real estate performers over the last 12 years, Brad has won numerous awards, including being awarded salesperson of the year for the Beachside/ Western area in 2008, 2010, 2011, 2013 & 2014 by the Real Estate Institute of South Australia in their Awards for Excellence & inducted into REISA's Hall of Fame for this category in 2012. Brad has also been awarded the top salesperson for Gary J Smith in 2010, 2011, 2012 and again in 2014.
Brad is a fully qualified auctioneer and is one of two corporate auctioneers for Gary J Smith. He was a finalist in the 2010 Golden Gavel Awards & was also part of the team that won the Inaugural Auctioneer Office Agency of the year in the 2010 Golden Gavel Awards.
A longstanding local beachside resident, Brad is relaxed, approachable and prides himself on professionalism. He has an excellent rapport with clients of all ages and his people skills shine through when he’s marketing your property.
