We are a boutique law practice, established over 32 years ago, with a solid history of providing quality service to our clients across all areas of law.  Our practice consists of three lawyers Brian Deegan, Kara Palombo and Patrick Deegan.

Brian is the principal of our practice. He commenced practicing as a lawyer in 1983 before his appointment as a Magistrate in 1988. He was a Magistrate for 16 years before he returned to private practice in 2004. Brian’s experience in hearing and determining the law as a Magistrate in the Criminal and Civil Courts has given him a distinct advantage and unique outlook as a practicing lawyer which filters through our practice.

Kara commenced employment following the completion of a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) at the University of Adelaide. Kara handles the majority of our Family Law and Estate matters but also has experience in Criminal law ranging from traffic infringements to major indictable matters and appeals.

Patrick was admitted in 2014 and has experience in Criminal Law matters, regularly appearing in the Magistrates and District Courts. Patrick also has a keen passion in Civil and Commercial matters, in particular litigation and conveyancing matters. Patrick has acting directly with purchasers and vendors to ensure the transfer of property is dealt with in a timely manner without error.
