TFW Gladstone is opening up 6 sessions to the public for free!!!!! Numbers will still be capped in all the sessions, so it will be a case of first in best dressed. Morning sessions will have creche (limited numbers). 8-9.00 am. Energy Circuit 9.15-10.15 am. Boxing 10.30-11.30 Total Body Strength 3.00-4.00 pm. Speed Strength 4.15-5.30 pm Hurricane 5.30-6.30 pm Total Body Strength
This month at TFW Gladstone we have been challenged to recognise others good deeds. If you see something worthy of a compliment,even if it's a random stranger, let them know it didn't go unnoticed. It will make their day, ensure they keep doing it and you will feel great,Winning!

How fast has December come around? Did it catch you out with some of your goal setting? I do love this time of year for the family catch ups, the gift giving, the food and the celebrations. I also like to reflect on the last 6 months, the goals that weren't met and what needs to be addressed moving forward. Have you got some things you want to address in the New Year? If you write them down, you are 80-90% more likely to achieve them!
Well we are into the final month of 2017!!!! Last month at TFW Gladstone was officially the biggest month we have had. Collectively we moved in excess of 500 tons of weight, sprinted more than 156 km (156 100 meters), lost more than 30% body fat, gained over 20%, lean muscle, improved our 1 RM for Bench Press and Back Squats. Stronger, leaner and growing in confidence.... TFW Gladstone Familia, finishing the year strong!!!!!
Today we celebrated the end of our 6 week challenge with a beach hurricane and a BBQ breakfast... I just wanted to say thank you for everyone who got out of bed early and made the trip to the beach. I also wanted to thank everyone for their efforts over the last 6 weeks. We do have some awards to present over the next week!!
