Currently there is a widespread VoIP issue affecting inbound calls to VoIP services. My network engineers have informed me they are pending an ETA from the large telco with the issues. This will be effecting the majority of VoIP providers if not all. We will keep you up to date once we get an ETA for resolution.

Telstra has failed Forbes, there's no excuse to have the amount of downtime some of our customers are currently experiencing. Currently the expected fix date is the 4th of May @ 7pm our wholesaler updated us this morning. Also you can see via http://servicestatus.telstra.com site. However these resolution dates have changed several times since last week, so we are not believing a word they say. If you would like to move away completely from Telstra services please contact us about our fixed wireless. If we have a tower that can reach you, we will try and shortlist your install if you currently have no internet.
