Student accommodation at Victoria Place for 2017!! 61 3 9919 4455 or Victoria.Place@vu.edu.au Victoria Place offers single bed rooms as well as some dual occupancy beds as a budget alternative. Each room features ensuite bathroom/laundry with washing machine-dryer, kitchenette with fridge/freezer, split system environmental air conditioning and generous storage space. Cutlery and crockery are provided however please note linen is not provided except by prior arrangement. Each resident has their own wireless broadband internet account with 40GB of data. Dual occupancy rooms feature bunk beds. (Many student experiences overseas include such dormitory accommodation as standard and it is a cost effective option.) Prices are: Ground floor (Dual Occupancy) $213.15 per week per bed; Single Occupancy rooms $303.75 per week; Accommodation fees include gas and include internet , electricity and water accounts to be set up in the resident’s name(approximately $12-20 per week depending on individual use)and the acceptance payment – (Security Deposit $1200.00 and Student Club Levy $230.00 (full academic year)). There is a $50.00 admissions fee, up front by credit card or direct debit. You would attach any supporting paperwork you can supply (one reference, enrolment details, photo etc.).
