Eight Signs You Need More Magnesium | Poliquin Article

We love our mag here at FSS! It's also quite important to understand that there are different types of magnesium. Magnesium will be found chelated (attached) to different compounds and it's these chelates that will dictate what effect the magnesium has. Dosage is also important. Here's some Christmas inspiration. Chris is 64 years young and as strong as someone half her age. Not bad considering that not too long ago she was stuck to the couch with a fractured pelvis. I suspect many older persons shy away from lifting due to the perceived risk of injury. The irony here is that not lifting exposes you to a higher risk of injury. As the sayings goes - you can't go wrong with strong and Chris is testament to that.

Good coaches know when to push hard and when to recover. We refer to this as "beast mode" and "least mode". Training hard up regulates inflammatory path ways which can be a good thing, or a bad thing depending on your physiology. Coach Isaac pictured here after a tough training session with Coach Anthony, pretty obvious which mode he engaged today!
