jb Consulting and Psychology provides consulting, counselling and educational services to individuals and business.
Josie, from JB Consulting and Psychology, is a qualified and experienced counsellor who works with adolescents and adults to improve their emotional and spiritual wellbeing. She is trauma informed and helps her clients improve emotionally, cognitively and behaviourally as well as spiritually after traumatic experiences. She considers what her clients have been through, works with the client to provide treatment with evidence based approaches and works with them in a safe and collaborate way.
Josie is committed to professional development and providing her clients with unconditional positive regard and provides a growth promoting environment with an accepting, warm and genuine attitude.
Josie also provides government funded counselling for carers (conditions apply) and helps adolescents and adults with Autism and ADHD improve their life situations and well-being.
Josie works with individuals and couples.
The Healthy and Collaborative Workplace program for the workplace is designed to help employees work better together.
