Chocolate Fridge Cake
Hi All, I am going to start posting everyday of what I have made in my Thermomix. I am fortunate enough to be able to pick my children up from school and bring them home and give them afternoon tea before we start homework. Today I made the cake below and it is yum!! I also made Green Curry Paste from the ALTOA book from www.skinnymixers.com.au, which I will use in a curry tomorrow night. I also made Basil Pesto from The EDC and used it in a chicken, cherry tomato and pesto pasta for dinner tonight.
