We have recently spoken to the Department of Fair Trading regarding the legislation of tattooing persons under the age of 18. They have updated the legislation and we are now able to tattoo under the age of 18 (no younger than 16). Parent/Guardian MUST BE PRESENT when booking the appointment AND during the appointment. Parent/Guardian MUST have proper documentation to prove they are the parent/guardian, this will be photocopied and filed with the consent form. You will not be tattooed if your parent/guardian DOES NOT produce any legal documentation.
