Providing Exercise Physiology services to empower people to make positive changes to their health and life Optimal Movement's Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP) specialise in the delivery of exercise & lifestyle modification programs for people with chronic conditions & healthy populations on the Bellarine Peninsula and Geelong region.
Our AEP’s have extensive knowledge, skills and experience in clinical exercise delivery and health-behaviour modification counselling for people with chronic disease.
We offer assessments, individualised exercise programs, support to get started and maintain activity, group exercise programs (Strength Training and Falls Prevention) as well as home/gym visits for those unable to come into the clinics or want their appointments at a gym they attend.
Our AEP’s treat and manage a broad range of conditions including, but not limited to:

•Chronic Respiratory Diseases & Asthma ∙ Stroke
