Art and Culture Tours - 1st September 2016 (closed) Tour of State Library of Victoria tour, was a beautiful experience. Firstly, the stunning paintings, sketches and drawings by William Strutt (1825–1915), Australian landscape and the human drama of life in the mid-19th century.under the name of "Heroes and villains" was visited followed by visits of all main areas of SLV. http://www.slv.vic.gov.au/strutts-australia Thanks to our Iranian Tour Guide a SLV staff, our guests enjoyed the overview of parts of Australian history, the story of "Ned Kelly" and also the view of some old books including some Iranian hand written books. This tour also gave us the opportunity of a get together with tour participants over the light lunch provided. Persian Fair 2016 was another success! Once again, this popular event was on and was enjoyed by hundreds of visitors. All activities of the event were full on. Some photos of the different areas such as Arts Hall performances and cultural and fun activities as well as Market and Food Court area, will be available for you to see and feel the warmth of the place soon.
