Positive Outcomes provide Point of Sale software and hardware to the hospitality and retail industries. Positive Outcomes International was originally known as Task Retail (Vic) Pty Ltd – part of the Task Retail Group. After a re-structure, the name was changed in June 2007, to better reflect the reasons that our customers come to us in the first place – to achieve better business outcomes in terms of sales growth and the management of their costs.
Positive Outcome’s client base includes not only specialty retailers but also Hospitality and Gaming venues throughout Australia where we are heavily involved in point of sale, inventory management, customer loyalty, player tracking and rewards systems.
Our people are all direct from the retail and hospitality industries, so they are readily able to understand the needs of your business. All our staff have also undergone studies in Information Technology, so they are easily able to relate those needs to system developers.
Our product range includes the Swiftpos Touch and SwiftPOS Back Office software products. Swiftpos has been installed into over 12,000 sites across 9 countries.
