Piper project Back Yard - Preparation complete and ready for produce planting by the owners. This demonstrates how a small garden space can be used expertly to create space for the family, the pets and plenty of greenery. The family can enjoy relaxing on the lawn with their dog, grow fresh produce in the planter boxes and have fruit during the year through the use of espalier. A great result that will look even better once the family have completed planting.

Piper Project in progress. This project shows some excellent forward-planning. Not only are we making the most of a small garden space, we are using water efficiently and creating specific areas within the given space. Structures are put into place so that fruit trees can be grown as espalier, and planter boxes set up ready for our clients to grow their own produce. The garden is designed to be Pet Friendly and provide a space for the family to relax.

You may think that a small garden space limits what you can do. This project in collaboration with architect, Rebecca McNaughtin, had a small front and back yard but the owners had great big plans. The before pictures show you what we began with. Progress photos to follow.

This is wonderful, Gary. Mexico City recognises the value of integrating greenery with the urban environment and how it improves citizens' productivity, health and general sense of well-being. Plus they help clean up some of the pollution. What a great idea!
