EVOLVE Fitness + Wellbeing, are committed to providing a safe community oriented environment for people of all skill and fitness levels. At EVOLVE we’re all heart, no ego. We’re in this business because we absolutely love it and we want you to love it too so we make sure EVOLVE is a non-threatening, easy going and accessible environment that caters to all levels of fitness. This doesn’t mean you won’t be pushed, but it does mean you’ll love every minute of your training, as we put you through your paces with sessions at the cutting edge of exercise science.
Our community is really inclusive, welcoming and friendly (you’ll definitely make lots of friends!), and our trainers are caring, well educated and passionate about health, fitness and nutrition. They’re also there to help you, so please don’t be afraid to ask if you need a little extra advice and guidance (e.g. with your nutrition or exercise form).
We have music with every session, which helps up the intensity!
