Senior students at Gallery 107 taking part in a Queensland Art Gallery outreach workshop with other high school students from Miles and Chinchilla last Wednesday. Students were taught how to analyse pieces of art to find the ‘story.’ From this they created a 2 to 4 minute video on ipads of an aspect of a story of life in the Western Downs. It was a fantastic opportunity to interact with other students and education officers from QAGOMA.
