To coincide with the 100 Mile Dinner in Canowindra this weekend Blind Freddy Bushranger Tours is staging tours on both Saturday and Sunday. If you’re coming to town or have visitors, this weekend is a perfect opportunity to sample our fun and informative history tours. Saturday 4th March Walking Tour: commencing at 10.00am Blind Freddy Bushranger Tours expert guide Craig Lawler will show you around Canowindra detailing the four occasions on which Canowindra was visited by bushrangers. Half Day Tour: The walking tour is the first part of the half day tour which then moves onto other historical sites at Nyrang Creek, Eugowra and Gooloogong. Sunday 5th March Walking tour of Canowindra commencing 11.00am. The walking tours deal with the four occasions the bushrangers visited Canowindra village. Walking Tours are $30 per adult and the Half-day Highlignts tour costs $80 (which includes lunch at Croote Cottage). Kids are of course welcome, at 1/2 price. Bookings can be made via 02 6344 8166.
