facebook.comHello everyone All classes and PT sessions will resume Monday 9th January 2017. its deal time for everyone. For existing members if you bring along a new friend, family member, work collegue etc for 3 x consecutive classes you will then receive 3 x free classes. If that new member does the same they will receive the same offer. This is available for the months of January, February and March 2017 For classes only. For those that currently are not members of RPT if you are looking to try you can come along and try two classes for free. This offer is available for the same time as above Jan -March 2017. Class times are: Monday 6pm Metafit / Weight Training / Boxing Tuesday. 6am Metafit Tuesday 6pm. Thump Boxing Wednesday 6pm. Circuit / Boxing PT sessions are as required and arranged between the trainer and client

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all my clients for your incrediable and loyal support throughout 2016. We have had a big year and some great successes throughout the year. I'd especially like to thank Jody Miller for her ongoing support and professional classes in my absence. I wish everyone a very Merry Xmas and a happy and safe New Year for 2017. I look forward to many more great classes and PT sessions next year.
Last class for 2016 will be Wednesday 21st December 2016. We will recommence classes and PT sessions Monday 9th January.

Realistic Personal Training Xmas party today. Its a really lovely thing to be able to come together for a beautiful lunch and enjoy the social side of what we do. Great food great friends or as we are as family. Between Keith Urban Coota races and harvest we were missing a few but we will catch up with them soon.
