He has been a sales and marketing manager and senior sales consultant with some of Perth’s leading building and real estate companies.
He has a thorough understanding of current property and new home building trends, R codes, property law and local council policies, a passion for new home sales, market trends, product design and marketing strategies.
With established credentials in successfully training new and existing sales
staff, Damien has the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high
pressure environment.

client’s home opens resulting in the best price for his seller and best price
for the buyer which allows him to provide a successful service in Perth.
He has experience in every stage of the property market, from renting,

first home ownership, building, renovating and the investing stage so he
can identify and empathise with all clients at whatever phase they are
experiencing.
