Returned from the National Suicide Prevention Conference in Canberra. Disturbing statistics, more than double the road deaths each year and the leading course of deaths for 15-44 year olds. Sorry to be morbid. On the hopeful side some fabulous people and organisations have developed and continue to create evidenced based solutions. We can all help though, it is a community issue, if anyone needs a hand call Lifeline on 13 11 14
