Being calm is a super power ☄ I met up with our amazing member Celeste today. She's returning to the studio after having a beautiful bubba boy 6 months ago. She said that her labour was so intense and fast that the only thing to get her through was her Yoga breathing. 'I had your voice and Van's voice telling me to inhale, and exhale. No time for pain meds- you guys were all I had!'
This chick 👏 Girl, we are proud of you! Not only for conquering your own goals, but being supportive to others around you. 'I haven't been able to do a chin up in years, but this is what @aerialfit_studio helps you achieve. I spontaneously decided to try to do one... next minute I did 3!! This is such a proud moment for me as I've been working on my upper body strength for a while now. I'll beat this next week ;) '
