In the chaos that is daily life do you find yourself dreaming of peace, quiet, solitude and being alone with your thoughts? Do you ever wish you had more time out in the fresh air, listening to the wind in the trees and the birds warbling happily? Need to get a bit of exercise into your life? If you answered yes to any or all of the above then we can help you! Every week our fields need to be line marked. Each field takes about an hour to mark. It is not strenuous work and all those who have done it really enjoy the time they spending walking the fields. And without our line markers, there are no games…. We're after people to line mark Fields 1, 2&3, 4, and 6. Please contact Info@castlehillfootball.com.au to register your interest in taking on this valuable role in our Club.

Grading for 2017 has been completed - yay! The Club has over 1200 registered players now, the vast majority of which have been graded. Too many people to thank who made this happen, however I would like to acknowledge Jon Maddox, Paul Jones, and Kieron Dowd who managed and coordinated a complex task under trying circumstances. Next cab off the rank? Coaches and Managers meeting this Tuesday March 7th. U8-U11 from 6:00-7:30 U12 and up 7:45-9:00
Sunday March 5th - Grading is ON tonight for U10/U11. We will be grading U10 on Fields 2-3 and U11 on Field 1. We hope to be on field at 6:30, please arrive a little earlier to allow for roll-call and bibs.
Saturday March 4th. Grading is off. Quack. We will look to grade tomorrow evening if weather permits. Please check in tomorrow for further guidance.
This rain is driving your Committee nuts!! Will we ever be able to complete grading for U10/11???? Council has closed the fields across the shire for the weekend, however I'm hoping for the slimmest of chances that if it remains dry tomorrow we will be able to grade one age group on Field 1 tomorrow, with another on Sunday. That will leave us with just one night of grading to squeeze in on during the week, potentially as early as Monday. We will be up at FredCat tomorrow morning to check conditions - stay tuned.
