Natural Highs Facilitator Training

Hi community Particularly the youth workers, social workers, or folks working with substance abuse intervention, I am running a Natural Highs Intro Facilitator Training next week to share some of the key elements from the amazing program that completely transformed my life and relationship to substances as a teenager and continues to inform my life as an adult. If you'd like to understand how the brain chemistry of emotions, substances, and “natural highs” work, explore the issues underlying addictive behaviors and explore strategies to create healthy habits and rituals that support physical, spiritual and emotional well-being in a way that honors young people's autonomy, check out the event and let me know if you'd like to attend! Spaces are limited.

Hey all, this class is starting today after school, but spaces are limited, so first 10 to hand parent permission slips in will get the spots!

Hi all, Youth Mob Action Group will start meeting again this Thursday after school at The Hub space at the neighbourhood centre. We will be planning an upcoming movie event together! Bus pick up at CHS after school, and afternoon tea provided. Hope to see you there! If you haven't come to this group before, but are curious, send me a message!
