The Club has conducted 2 meetings using the new administration building, which was built with a large percentage of grant money from the Gascoyne Regional Grant Scheme. The Stewards and Jockey's are happy with the new large rooms. Everything flows smoothly on the day. The official opening will be done by Tony Beard, Chairman of the Gascoyne Development Commission Board. Other official guests attending are Vince Catania MLA (Club Patron), David Hunter (RWWA) and a Shire of Carnarvon Representative. The opening will be at 1pm on the 10th of June 2017. This is before the first race. This day is also one of our 2 big days on our social calendar Ladies Day so come along and have a fun day out. Entry on the day will be $25 (Pensioners are free but must produce a pension card). There will be a free bus from all the caravan parks and hotels. the bus leaves within 30 minutes after the last race to take everyone home again.
