The Australian Institute of Architects is taking a strong stand against plans to construct a 2.6 metre fence blocking off public access to the iconic lawns at Parliament House in Canberra. "This decision - made without consultation, expert architectural advice or due consideration of the consequences - has serious implications for all our public buildings and spaces."
