I am super excited to invite everyone to join and get involved in what promises to be the best workout competition yet!!! The game is on! 3 weeks from now we will be taking entries for the first every TTS Personal Training Ashes. Australia VS England in an awesome competition for members and followers alike. The event will be live in Australia and London Studios The format is simple : 300 swings and 3kms on the WATT bike. All participants will be hooked up to monitors and UK and Australia will be able to watch in real time as the athletes battle it out. We will have a Mens, Ladies and Wild Card categories.
