The Whitewalker engine rebuild is complete.
Progress on the "Whitewalker" engine. Before and after photos of bore surface and head faces. Almost ready for assembly
Came in for a pushrod and clutch adjustment, ended up becoming a replace clutch hub that had the spline stripped out, adjusted pushrods and replaced starter motor that was also damaged internally and causing starting problems.
Changing the gearing in the HX diff to 3.7 to 1 from 4.11 to 1. Lower the revs at 100kph just a little bit but still have plenty of hard acceleration! 😉
