A huge thanjs to one of our lovely customers. Tess brings in fresh eggs from her chooks each week. Her chooks must be the happiest chooks around. The eggs this week averaged 75g up with one coming in at 92g. Also a double yolker. 🤘 beside it is a sausage standard size.

Thanjs to all my beautiful customers for bringing in the lemons and other fruits, seems that bundy has had a bumper citrus crop this year. I made this "lemon meringue cheesecake" with home grown lemons and farm fresh free range eggs.
