It was a day of healthy competition and lots of laughs as the Adventure With Dementia group tried their hand at Barefoot Bowls at the Buderim Bowls Club last Wednesday. After fuelling up with a tasty sausage sizzle, the group were instructed in the finer art of lawn bowls by club member, Mr Lee Shimbel. The teams put a lot of thought into their game play as they set their sights on delivering the winning shot! Many thanks to the Buderim Bowls Club, Gail and Kerry from Bromilow and Denise Frost for making the day such a success😁
