Restorative yoga is a unique form of yoga practice where you can deeply rest in completely supported poses, receiving the benefits of the poses while letting the props do all the work! Restorative yoga calms your nervous system and the long hold poses assist the body and mind to deeply relax and renew. You will move through a carefully crafted sequence of poses designed to bring you into balance and stillness. I am a registered Relax and Renew Trainer, certified by Judith Lasater (one of the world’s leading authorities in restorative yoga) and am passionate about sharing this nurturing, healing practice with you!
