It's when we delve into the unknown, when we lack confidence in something, try something new, that sometimes our fall back mechanism is to make things complicated - whether to self sabotage so we can prove to ourselves that what we have been telling ourselves up to this point is true. Whether we think it needs to be complicated because that means we have 'earned' it. What ever the thought patterns we have that result in us making life more complicated than it is, take the time to observe, what are your thoughts that come to you. The outside of our world represents our inside. If we want change on the outside, we must change what is on the inside.

Having your own business is a juggling act. Sometimes we have so many balls in the air at once, we wonder how we will catch all of them or keep the flow continuous. Other times we can look from the outside in and see a harmonious balance within the frame work we have built. At the end of the day, a business is about service, it's not about you or me, it's about others. Who are we serving and how best can we serve so that we are making an impact each day we are here on this earth. I am so grateful to be able to do that in my business...... Anywhere I am. :)
