Yoga classes held on the Northern Beaches using the traditions of TCM, Zen Shiatsu and Japanese/Seasonal Yoga practices in a small private setting. Yoga classes held on the Northern Beaches. Individual and group tuition based on TCM and Zen Shiatsu meridian systems, and seasonal yoga practices.

Spring Spring Spring. Oh the upward spiralling, twisting, turning wonderful ways of Spring!. It looks like the unexpected and spontaneous ways of Spring has made it into our website. Hooray!!! We are opening Monday 5th September, 2016 and ready for bookings. A maximum of 8 people in our beautiful and fresh space. 6 week course $120/ Casual Class $22 We are overly excited!! Here are our Classes/Programs: Get Up & Go: 615am Tuesday and Thursday This class is great for the commuter as we are only a 5 minute walk to the buses – put yourself first with the first class of the day. Perfect for overall strength and flexibility and an amazing metabolism De-Stress: 930am Monday and Thursday Do you feel tension in the body? Maybe it’s your neck & shoulders? Perhaps it’s your lower back or your hamstrings? This can come from imbalances in the pelvis – so in this class we take it a little slower to correct these issues and others like them. Energy Boost: midday Tuesday and Wednesday Do you suffer from the dreaded 3pm slump? Do you need coffee or a treat at certain times of the day? Perhaps a midday 45 min yoga session and some mindfulness meditation may feed you what you need. Opportunity to leave after the 45 min yoga session if need be. Vitality: 730am Saturday Shake off the week and welcome in your weekend with some dynamic seasonal movement to strengthen and lengthen your body.
