Description
Home to over 2,000 people playing the great game of basketball in Melbourne's north-western suburbs. The BBA is home to a Junior Domestic competition that features 10 local clubs, as well as conducting Senior Domestic competition on Monday and Wednesday nights.
During the week, their are several after school programs such as Aussie Hoops and Skill Sessions that enable school-aged children to learn and develop their game.
Our Broadmeadows Broncos are the Junior Representative arm of our organisation, with teams that compete throughout the State in both the Melbourne United Victorian Junior Basketball League (MUVJBL).
The Hume City Broncos are the Senior Representative program, who participate in the Big V competition during the Winter months. The Senior Women have been the most successful team ever, winning 6 titles (and making 7 grand finals in the last 10 years).

Tuesday 23rd Jan & Thursday 25th Jan 2018 10am-3pm both days (1 hour lunch at 12pm) Broadmeadows Basketball Stadium (Corner of Dimboola Road and Tanderrum Way) Open to domestic players, Aussie Hoops participants and beginners aged 5-10 (boys and girls) One Day is $35, Two Days is $60 State Championship Men Head Coach Kelvin Bowers will be running this fun camp! ‘KB’ is not only extremely friendly, but is a highly intelligent coach who will help kids learn and develop their basketball game!
