Geez, we sure do stir up emotions here at The Little French Cafe... Just found this hand written letter shoved under the cafe door. Was hoping it was from that cute customer I'm sweet on, and hey it IS Valentines Day soon (and my birthday), but alas, it wasn't to be....😕 It was from an irate (want to be) customer. Apparently I need to "vacate the premises, as I will soon go broke, as it doesn't fill the criteria of actually being a cafe". OMG. And it goes on and on. After I got over the initial shock of it not being an actual love letter, - double sided and all, I just had to laugh. Then I read it out loud to the people in the Post Office, and at my Accountants. People always continue to amaze me. And no name or return address??? Shame. Maybe they went home, took a Bex, and had a lay down... Here it is. All 2 sides of it ☺☺ I'll type it out in the comments - as it is a good read... 😉

Let me put this as eloquently as I can, TELSTRA & NBN Co are the biggest bunch of incompetent fools I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We are now 7 DAYS without a telephone service!!! A technician came out 7 days ago & did "something" in the Telstra box out the front of the cafe, which had nothing to do with us - and boom - no phone. 7Days!!! Who can run a business in this fickle & competitive Customer service based industry, with no phones..? Who knows how much phone order business we have lost. Its immeasurable. They ended up diverting the calls to my mobile, but then stopped that service with no warning.... I've handed it over to the Ombudsman. Rant over.... . Update: A technician has just been out, would not have been here for more than 6 minutes, phone line fixed - but yet took 7 days to send someone out..!!! Just ridiculous...

If you are trying to call the cafe, there is a problem with Telstra's phone line. They are trying to fix it. Very FRUSTRATING and Super Annoying!!!!
