Before everyone get's into full blown party mode the team at MFC Broady want to throw out a MASSIVE THANK YOU! Thanks for being a part of another awesome year at the club, we've had some really great times over the year which also included a couple of great additions: - The MyFunctional Zone - Power rack and platform being installed - The new Group Cycle Studio We're looking forward to 2017 and launching some more fantastic projects all designed to help our members achieve bigger and better fitness and training goals then ever before! Party hard, party safe and we'll see you all next year!!

T'was the night before Christmas and shredded Santa was ready to get to work! He's mixed his pre-workout, got his bcaas ready to go and snuck some sneaky nitraflex into the Reindeer feed too! It's game day! MFC Broady wishes an awesome Christmas to all our amazing members, PTs and staff. Enjoy everything that is Christmas and being able to slip back in to kid mode for a day!
